At FraudPulse, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our fraud detection services.

Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us, including:

  • Transaction and dispute data you connect for fraud analysis
  • Usage data and analytics
  • Communications with our support team

When you connect Shopify, Stripe, or Adyen (or upload CSV files), we receive transaction, order, and chargeback records. Those records may include personal data of your buyers (for example email, IP address, and order identifiers). We do not collect or store full payment card numbers.

Data processing for merchants

For your company account and website use, Fraud Pulse Ltd is a controller. For personal data of your end customers that you send to FraudPulse so we can analyse fraud and disputes, you are the controller and FraudPulse is the processor. That processing is governed by our Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which applies when you use the Service. Merchants who need a countersigned DPA for GDPR or CCPA can request one at support@fraud-pulse.com.
